BuildInFlexergy – Work Package Leaders Meetings, 2025
11 September 2025 and 20th November 2025
On 11 September 2025, the BuildInFlexergy consortium held its first Work Package Leaders Meeting via Teams, bringing together the leaders of all work packages to align on the project’s first-year deliverables.
The main objective of the meeting was to ensure a clear and coordinated approach to the development of key deliverables. Particular attention was given to alignment between work packages and the structuring of research activities carried out by PhD candidates.
During the meeting, participants discussed the scope and direction of the planned literature reviews, with a focus on clearly defining topics and avoiding overlap between work packages. This coordination is essential to ensure that research efforts are complementary and contribute effectively to the overall project objectives.
